At Empathy Care we have over 30 years of wealth of care experience and are committed to ensuring that our clients can continue to live at home independently and participate in their community for as long as possible. We understand people’s needs differ; we are committed to providing a service that is bespoke to your specific needs.
The primary Director is an experienced Care Manager with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. He also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE, Keele University), B.Sc. Degree in Mathematics and Economics (Aston University).
The leadership team is highly qualified; hold Degrees in Business Enterprise, Leadership in Health and Social Care, Diplomas in Social Housing, Social Care, and Disability Management and various other qualifications that help to safeguard. Empathy Care is run in a professional manner and stays focused on its aims, values, and beliefs. Despite being highly qualified, the leadership team continually seeks to develop academically and keep ahead with changes in Public Welfare, Health, and Social Care. They have worked through the ranks, from hands-on delivery of care in private homes, residential & nursing homes, hospitals, and designing care and support services.
